Reduce Wrinkles, Dark Circles And Puffy Eyes In 1 Day!

Wrinkles

Although wrinkles can signify wisdom, most people nowadays would rather not have them.

Many products and procedures promise to reduce wrinkles. Some do little or nothing (like the products that claim they reduce "the appearance of fine lines," which means that they don't reduce the lines themselves). Others can achieve a fair amount of success.

Skin ages all over the body, but much more so where there has been sun exposure. Changes brought on by sun damage (photoaging) include "dryness" (really roughness), sagginess, skin growths like keratoses ("liver spots"), and wrinkles.

Most wrinkles appear on the parts of the body where sun exposure is greatest. These especially include the face, neck, the backs of the hands, and the tops of the forearms. Wrinkles come in two categories: fine surface lines and deep furrows. Wrinkle treatments are in general much more effective for fine lines.

Dark Circles

Almost everyone gets dark circles under their eyes from time to time. Dark circles under eyes usually are temporary and not a medical concern.

You may be surprised to learn that fatigue usually isn't the cause of dark circles. Instead, the most common cause is nasal congestion. When your nose is congested, veins that usually drain from your eyes into your nose become widened (dilated) and darker.

Another cause of under eye circles is eyelid swelling during sleep. When you lie down, gravity can cause fluid to collect in your lower eyelids. This swelling may create the appearance of shadows below your eyes. In addition, dark circles can result from chronic skin conditions, such as atopic eczema. Dark circles can also be genetic.

Puffy Eyes

Puffy eyes can be caused by many factors. These include fluid retention, stress, allergies, hormone changes, and other factors as well. When we cry, it is often accompanied by swollen eyes. This is due to the fact that are body reacts to emotions and causes more blood to flow through the eyes which leads to swelling. Also the production of too many emotional tears can strain the eyes. Also, we get puffy eyes after sleeping. This can be caused by different factors such as too much sodium in a diet causing water retention, tossing and turning and not getting enough sleep, excessive drinking of alcohol, and others as well.

Shaving Your Face Is An Art Form—And So Is Male Skin Care

Shaving a man’s face is truly an art form. Well, shaving a man’s face without producing rashes, cuts, and dry leathery skin is an art form. Ask any professional barber. For those men who want to get the most out of a ritual that they will repeat 20 thousand times during the course of their lives there are great shaving and skin care products available to them.

Shaving is no doubt a chore that probably no man enjoys, unless he is getting paid for it. Here are a few tips to help you get the best result out of shaving your face.

Shave in the shower. Shaving after you have soaked yourself in the shower prepares your skin for the best shave. Hot steamy showers open pores and plump them up.

Face scrubs. Believe it or not, a mild face scrub will help prime hair follicles and raise hair stubs for a closer shave. It also helps prevent ingrown hairs.

Moisten your skin with a high-end shaving product. For a close shave, a man needs something that will produce a slick lubricating surface to prevent the blades from scraping the skin.

Use a sharp blade. Yes, having to buy overly-priced razor blades should be a crime but do it anyway. Shave gently; pressing down with the razor does not give you a closer shave. Do not pull the skin tight and shave with downward strokes in the direction of beard growth. Try not to repeat strokes; if you simply must, reapply your high-end shaving product to re-lubricate your skin. These tips will help prevent ingrown hairs, aka razor bumps.

Don’t put stinging aftershaves on your freshly shaved mug. If it stings, tingles, or makes your face numb, don’t use it. This includes products containing alcohol, menthol, and peppermint.

Last step: use a soothing and moisturizing product after you shave to calm irritation and add needed moisture. It may sound like a girly thing to do but you will see and enjoy the positive results from using a good product.

There are really great products on the market to help men through the daily ritual of shaving and for basic skin care. They are formulated for men’s skin and have fragrances designed to please male olfactory senses. Adding a basic skin care regimen to complement good shaving practices really involves adding a good cleanser and toner, plus using a face scrub at least once a week (remember, face scrubs help provide a closer shave).

There are many brands of shaving and skin care products for men. One of the oldest established brands is Truefitt & Hill, established by barber William Truefitt in London, England, in 1805, who became so well known in the art of shaving that King George III appointed him court barber. The Art of Shaving is a new popular brand that is aromatherapy-based and specifically blended for every skin type. Sweet Sixteen 16 Birthday Tips

Sweet Sixteen

is the ultimate age: exactly halfway through a youth’s teenage years! It is the perfect time for a captivating social gathering to celebrate one’s special birthday. Guests are invited to the host’s private home to dine, socialize and celebrate in recognition of this special day. Whether this event is wild and lively, or calm and peaceful, each will display the birthday’s theme. Themes range from a variety of choices, each portraying an entirely different atmosphere: Exotic, Fantasy, Night life, Aquatic or any other aura. Food and beverages will be served as well as a hip DJ to keep the mood flowing. This day only comes once, so make it the best you can!

Quinceanos

is the Hispanic custom to celebrate the daughter’s Sweet Sixteen or historically known as The Sweet Fifteen. This event focuses on the transition from childhood to adulthood. The opening begins with a religious ceremony followed by the reception usually held in the home or a banquet hall. The daughter will wear a tiara portraying the number 16 on it as well as a ball gown. Families should select a theme that has special meaning to them. Themes revolve around the child’s interests so they will live out their perfect day. Everyone has a different tradition or custom, there is no right one. During the reception, the Quinceanera Waltz begins (The Vals). The males must all wear tuxedos. The first dance is danced by the daughter with her father or second most important male in the family. Sometimes the waltz is followed by a self-composed choreography, which is usually performed by with friends. The music can range from traditional waltz to popular hip-hop.

Other Cultures

can celebrate their Sweet Sixteen incorporating their traditions into the reception. They can serve their culture’s food and beverages for dinner as well as serve traditional appetizers. To help create the cultural atmosphere in the hostess’ home, playing their culture’s music is a great mood setter. Also, wearing the cultural garments adds even more traditionalism to the event. The main focus in one’s culture may be God, so the dominant focus during the celebration may be thanking God and then celebrating the child’s successes. Others may be honoring their heritage’s symbols and representing them during the event. Examples may include Chinese animals or the Christian cross.
